This week, we said hello to new restaurants from familiar names, including Moxie Eatery — a surprise on Broadway from chef Dylan Moore, who helped popularize this strip that marks the eastern edge of the Baker neighborhood with Deluxe and Delight, two adjoining restaurants he ran for nearly ten years. A little farther north, Andy Ganick invited Denverites to pig out at the Pig & the Sprout, a new sibling to his first restaurant, the Berkshire, which he opened eight years ago in Stapleton. And popular food truck Chuey Fu's got a permanent home on Santa Fe Drive, where fans of owner Joe Knoblich's Latin-Asian street tacos can now settle in for margaritas, sake and Japanese beers.

For Chef & Tell, Gretchen Kurtz chatted with chef Dan Kane of Del Frisco's Grille in Cherry Creek, a visit that coincided with the official opening of the restaurant's new rooftop bar, for now the only one of its kind in the neighborhood.
