The second dinner in the three-part series inspired by global travel returns on Thursday, August 31 at 6:30 p.m., this time highlighting the flavors and cooking techniques of Thailand. Chef Gregory and Executive Chef Khamla Vongsakoun’s menu will spotlight everything from traditional Thai street food to sweet, fruit-forward delights. Dishes include Shaved Beef, Roast Duck in Coconut Milk Soup, Prawns & Pork Belly, Coconut Ash Pudding, and more.
