The most authentic Oktoberfest this side of the Rhine River that features a little something for everyone. On August 25, dinner starts at 5 p.m., live music by the Rhinelanders all the way until 11 p.m. and there will be dance performances and games for all.
On August 26, the festival opens 11 a.m. for lunch. A little later, the Alpine Echo will get your toes tapping. There will be dance performances, a bounce house for the kids, and plenty of food, beer and games for all ages.
On August 27, the festival opens at 11 a.m. for your after church lunch special. The bounce house is back for the kiddos, and the beer booth is open for moms and dads. The band will be the Austrian Connection and they play all the way until 6 p.m.
This year includes a special treat with would famous Chef Neuhold serving up the traditional schnitzel, and melt in your mouth smoked salmon. There's a big screen TV for all sports fans. Admission is $5 for 21+, $3 for 11-20, Free for kids 12 and under free. [Organizer's description]
