Tom Amend is a Denver based pianist, composer, and arranger originally from Riverton, Wyoming. A semifinalist for the 2014 American Jazz Pianist Competition Tom performs throughout the Rocky Mountain Region in various settings as both a leader and sideman. Tom has worked extensively with Soul/Blues artist Taylor Scott appearing at notable blues venues across the country as well as appearing on several of Scott’s records. Tom has a Bachelors degree in Jazz Studies at the University of Northern Colorado.
Kenyon Brenner began developing his love for music at an early age and attended the University of Northern Colorado, where he earned his bachelors and masters degrees. Kenyon has performed extensively across Europe as well as across the U.S. and Canada with the Glenn Miller Orchestra. He has also shared the stage with such artists as: Dana Landry, Erik Applegate, Jim White, Steve Kovalcheck, Peter Sommer, Wil Swindler, Don Aliquo, Al Hood, Clay Jenkins, Paul McKee, Dave Glenn, Benny Green, Jeff Coffin, Donny McCaslin, Jeff Clayton, Randy Johnston, Terell Stafford, Jeff Hamilton, Christian McBride, Chris Potter, Deborah Brown, The New York Voices, and Groove for Thought.
