There are two Carnitas Estilo Michoacan locations in southwest Denver, and both of them offer the same lineup of condiments that won the restaurant Denver's Best Salsa Bar in 2012. While the dining areas can be a little close and cluttered, we'll camp out on a bar stool and wait for an order of chilaquiles drenched in earthy red-chile sauce and topped with crisp-edged eggs over easy. Tortas and tacos to go are also high on our list of options here, especially if they're stuffed with tender, slow-cooked shreds of pork carnitas.
