Cowbobas is an improbable combination of a cowboy steakhouse and Vietnamese boba tea shop. The entrees are mostly steaks (the most expensive is a 22-ounce porterhouse for $20), but don't miss the boba smoothie happy hour, when ordering a tapioca-spiked shake to go will set you back just a couple of dollars. Service is extremely friendly, if occasionally haphazard, but a meal here is always a welcome trip to the culinary melting pot.
