Humboldt Kitchen + Bar

Housed in the space that once held iconic restaurant Strings, Humboldt opened in 2013. The menu from executive chef Luke Enockson features a variety of small plates and larger entrees including classics like St. Louis-style ribs with bourbon barbecue sauce made with Laws whiskey, flatiron steak (albeit prepared with an Asian-style marinade) and carpaccio with lemon gastrique.
