Tommy, the golf-cart driving owner of Oblio's Pizzeria, has inspired a cult of like-minded people in Park Hill, not just because of the neighborhood feel of this tiny, charming and typically packed joint, but because of the amazing pizza -- doughy, heavily topped and Colorado all the way. In fact, locals have been known to house-hunt in the area simply so they can be close by. It doesn't hurt that Oblio's also pours one of the best sangrias in town and dishes out gooey, plate-sized cookies for dessert.
