Open since 2013, Redeye Releaf’s location in a south Denver industrial district can mean that you might have to maneuver some difficult semi­-truck traffic to get there, but the destination is all about unwinding. The fluorescent waiting room was obviously the office lobby for whatever business used to occupy the place; Redeye added a bunch of mismatched furniture and some random but funny decor. The easygoing approach works, and the giant Monsters Inc. doll, quilted chairs and couches and a joint­smoking Rastafarian carving will make any stoner feel right at home. The intimate bud bar is packed full of products and is so small, you’re almost guaranteed to get the budtender’s attention. Here you can find daily deals on concentrates, edibles and usually one or two of twelve strains. In addition to papers, pipes and the usual smoking accessories, Redeye Releaf also sells desktop vaporizers for those who want more than a pen.
