Fat Sully's Pizza shares space with the Denver Biscuit Company at the Atomic Cowboy, but after the Biscuit went mobile with the Biscuit Bus, the owners decided to invest in a mobile pizza operation, too. Sully's Slice Truck is retrofitted with the same pizza ovens found in the kitchens of brick-and-mortar pizza joints, which allows the truck to turn out the same massive pies and slices it cooks in its stationary Colfax home from any location in Denver -- and that includes the gluten-free options. Sully's is also fitted with a soda fountain and entertainment system, which makes the truck a welcome guest at the 15th and California streets food pod and Justice League events.
