On busy nights, shouts of "Kampai!" punctuate a rock-and-roll soundtrack that's audible from the street outside. Inside, lively crowds pack into wooden booths for sake bombs, nigiri and fusion rolls, made by an interactive group of chefs who work behind the massive sushi bar. On Saturday, the restaurant also hosts a raucous karaoke session, frequented by college students and Boulder locals alike.
