Brasserie Felix

3901 Tennyson St.
Denver, CO 80212
303-953-2401
Website
Brasserie Felix is exactly what it claims to be: a neighborhood brasserie, with mustard-colored walls, tile floors, the ubiquitous Le Chat Noir poster and French pop music. And the bar feels right -- just crowded enough, just small enough, just cluttered enough to seem appropriate, somehow, in this place that is mimicking some other place the owners had carried in their heads from France all the way to Tennyson Street. It’s a good bet for a simple lunch of sausage and frites or mussels and frites, and does a good trade during weekend brunch.
