D Bar Desserts - Closed

1475 E. 17th Ave. Denver, CO 80218 | Central Denver | 303-861-4710

Location Description:

Keegan Gerhard has earned his place as a celebrity chef. Before the TV shows, before the stand-up hosting duties for Food Network, he spent years working as a cook and patissier in some of the best kitchens in America. In the summer of 2008, he and his wife, Lisa Bailey, opened D Bar right here in Denver, where they started serving up amazing desserts. But they do much more at D Bar, adding such items as salads and sandwiches to a simple board called "Things We Like to Eat," as well as liquor. So today D Bar is a great place to both begin and end a night.

Business Description

We have designed D Bar to be a favorite getaway for those who love dessert, food, wine and living life. In the short time we have been open it has become clear that D Bar has two different sides to its personality. By day, D bar is a casual pastry shop/cafe - a great place to grab a bite from the pastry case or a menu, hang out or order a cake or pastries for a special occasion. At night it becomes more of a dessert and wine bar with the plated dessert menu starting at 5p.m. being a focus of the p.m. service. Our coffee, wine and savory menus are available all day and night. Come by and see us! We look forward to the opportunity to serve you.
