If hot soup and frozen yogurt don�t sound like the best combination in the world, that�s just because you haven�t yet been to Pho-Yo � a combination Vietnamese pho shop and frozen yogurt stand that admirably combines two seemingly antithetical tastes into one fantastic meal. And not only does Pho-Yo offer both great pho and wonderfully simple frozen yogurt, it offers them both so cheaply that a full lunch here (plus dessert) will run you less than ten bucks.
