Think bacon jam and tomatoes on a warm baguette or maple bacon peanuts for an appetizer, charcuterie panino or mac-and-cheese with bacon and mushrooms for the main course, and bread pudding with bacon brittle for dessert. You can try most of the small plates on the cheap during the daily happy hour, or go big with a prix fixe dinner to mark a special event.
