Location Description:

"Nothing could be finer than dinner at the diner." So goes the jingle at the Rocky Mountain Diner, a restaurant in the historic, resurrected Ghost Building, where dinner is fine indeed. So is lunch, and an after-work or after-theater drink at the horseshoe-shaped bar. The menu is full of blue-collar specialties with a regional twist: buffalo meatloaf, campfire Rocky Mountain rainbow trout, peppered "cowboy steak" with mashed taters and fried onions, and the best pan-fried chicken in town.
