Roostercat is open from the crack of dawn to almost midnight, and offers something for everyone, whether they need their daily caffeine infusion -- the shop uses beans from Denver roaster Coda Coffee Company -- or a gluten-free sandwich. The friendly atmosphere is complemented by plenty of outdoor seating: a patio with two fire pits and a rooftop deck facing west.
