The Tavern Downtown

1949 Market St. Denver, CO 80202 | Downtown Denver | 303-299-0100

Location Description:

Perhaps the best feature of the Tavern Downtown is its massive rooftop patio, a broad space that features expansive views of downtown and the Front Range. During mealtimes -- including weekend brunch -- a menu of bar-food classics is available for the groups that sit at tables outside and in, usually partaking in daytime drinking while catching a game on TV. As nighttime rolls around, the Tavern's atmosphere shifts to that of a club, featuring a pop soundtrack that keeps a crowd moving on the dance floor until last call. Nightly drink specials abound, and the upstairs bar serves popular alcoholic slushies.
