This second Venice from owner Alessandro Carollo is a beauty: coldly stylish, undeniably luxurious, and with a menu that reads like a primer of every good idea the Italians ever had. It’s expensive, though not murderously so. It’s fancy, though jacket and tie are not required. But most important, this restaurant finally offers a fitting frame within which Carollo, exec Christian Delle Fave and chef Gustavo Amaro can work their wonders with Italian cuisine.

Overall:

One of the best restaurant in Denver.
I was impress by the style and the atmosphere.
The service shows professionality and personality.
The food is very rich in flavors and great value.
Try the gnocchi and the vitello.
The food presentation needs some garnishment.
My suggestion will be in using bigger plate.
A great restaurant overall.
The Manager(Mario)and the chef-owner make the difference.
They are very friendly and very generous.

Overall:

I own an Italian restaurant in town.
I have to say that at Venice they know what to do.
My spinach salad was nice and crispy, very nice.
My risotto salsiccia was al dente and done just right.
Myfriend had a carpaccio, very fresh and made with filet mignon. He also had scampi fradiavolo, made nice and spicy.
For dessert we had crespelle with nutella and creme brulee.
Compliments for my friends Alessandro, Mario and his staff at Venice. Complimenti da Andrea.

Overall:

Great food, great wine list. I find Venice a great restaurant because they have consistent food, the best wine list in Colorado, great staff and very friendly managment.
My favorite dish: Zuppa di Cozze, Pappardelle Veneziana and Cioppino.
They need to keep an eye on bathrooms.

Whata place! The atmosphere was beautiful. The wines wonderful. The staff friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. And the food - bella prego! We did the tastings Umbria and the Piedmont. Wow! So many flavors and textures - truly an adventure in eating. Our server Mark Antony had great wine recommendations. The General Manager Mario stopped by regularly to check on us. As the evening and courses progressed, we shared glasses of wine with them and this made the experience all the more fun. We loved Venice and really look forward to going back. Salute!
