The owners of Botanico snagged this renovated turn-of-the-century storefront on Larimer Street during the Great Dispensary Rush of 2009, and they say they've grown to love the RiNo arts district. The waiting room is spacious and sparsely decorated, with various pieces of local abstract art hung around the brick and yellow-painted walls. Other touches, like the exposed wooden ceiling beams and stained concrete flooring, reflect the industrial-turned-residential feel of the neighborhood. The bud room is a small, single-counter operation with about a dozen jars of different strains on the top shelf and concentrates and pre-rolls on the shelf below. Customers are served one at a time to ensure privacy, a bonus for anyone who's uncomfortable jockeying for space at a busy bud bar.
