I went to Ivita for the first time almost a year ago. I was happy with my product, so I kept going back until, about a month ago. I went into the store and service was really bad. I was told that everyone was in an owners meeting and that that was the reason for the delay. After a while I was taken in the back. I asked again why the long wait. I was told everyone was in a meeting with the owners Bobby and Andy. I love this store and I asked if i could meet the owners. I was told the owners don't meet with patients. I felt insulted. How can the owners not see their patients? Owners usualy love to meet with patients. I searched out the owners online and found out that Bobby and Andy are Robert Moghim and Andy Weiss. After looking a little more I realized they are serious businesmen. I apreciate this fact, because they have created an excelent product. On the other hand I don't understand why they blow off their customers. Overall I rank Ivita as a 4 out of 10. It would have been higher if the owners woud have taken 5 minutes to meet with a patient or to atualy show up a patient party.
