The 2009 National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) trade show took place this past January in California, but we just came across video starring DJ Vajra demoing Rane DJ products. For those unaware, Rane is the company behind Serato's Scratch Live, a program that gives DJs the ability to manipulate and playback digital audio files using turntables or CD players through a special timecode vinyl record or CD. In the videos, Vajra demonstrates the new Rane 57SL mixer -- which allows DJs to select the audio files from their laptop without touching the keyboard -- and showcases the Video Scratch Live feature which serves the same function with video files. Check out the insane demonstration after the jump.
