The Dualisitcs have been on something of a hot streak for the past six months. They kicked off the year with a brand-new EP that drew great buzz, a solid review and warranted a feature from us. They followed that up a few months later with a Nirvana cover show that had everyone stoked (sorry I missed it, guys!). With its current momentum, bolstered by the addition of Rose Hill Drive drummer Nate Barnes, the Dualistics are steadily becoming one of hottest indie rock acts in town. So the news that they are unveiling a new song tomorrow night at the hi-dive (show at 9, Dualistics take the stage around 11, $6 gets you in the door) is good reason to go catch the set. And if you need another, how about supporting act Hot Robots, who found me a while back on the Internets and have been charming me with their poppy garage rock -- like Jesus and Mary Chain, minus half the distortion, plus a love of the Buzzcocks -- ever since?
