As if the group didn't have enough on their plate this summer with upcoming releases, ridiculously awesome contests and free music with a cup of coffee, it looks like George&Caplin and Wentworth Kersey along with Sandusky will be contributing to the soundtrack for local filmmaker Mitch Dickman's Hanna Ranch documentary.

For those that need a bit of a refresher, Hanna Ranch was the ranch owned by the forward-thinking Colorado rancher Kirk Hanna before his suicide in 1998. Hanna's legacy was in his concrete resolve to live by conservation ideals.

While the sprawl of Colorado Springs was threatening his ranch, he was busy repairing waterways and grasslands all while trying his best to ensure his ranch wasn't having a negative impact on the land. You know, all that stuff us city folk just assume ranchers do, but apparently don't.

While not much else is known about the project at this point, after watching the above trailer we can't imagine anyone else that could provide a better soundtrack.
