Get Monolith tickets without fees

Update: Early bird tickets are gone. If you snoozed, you losed (yes, we know that's not a word, but "lost" didn't rhyme). On a related note, Monolith, which added Chromeo to the line-up last week, earned a nod from Outside Magazine as one of the best summer music fests. Yay, Monolith!

For a limited time only (i.e. until they are all gone) you can get two-day tickets to Monolith for just $75 -- and I mean just $75: no bullshit fees added on. The deal is that Esurance, one of the presenting sponsors for Monolith, is covering the servcie fees for a limited number of presale tickets. They went on sale yesterday morning at 10 a.m., so chances are good they are still available, but considering the price goes up to $95 plus fees shortly (although word is fees will be reduced from past years) and word is they are going fast, this is the kind of thing you're going to want to jump on as soon as possible. If you're already planning on going, you might as well buy them now, right? And with a line-up that includes Girl Talk, Of Montreal, M. Ward, OK Go, MSTRKRFT, the Dandy Warhols, the Thermals, the Walkmen, Method Man and Redman and more, that $37.50-a-day price looks pretty reasonable doesn't it? Go snatch up yours from Esurance now.
