10) "Drop the World" - You want the people relaxed and ready to listen at an acoustic unplugged show. What better way to make them feel at ease than with a special cameo from Eminem? This joint starts out slow and smooth-like, then builds and swells, giving a perfect opportunity for vocal tricks and styles, too.
9) "Shooter" - Originally subdued anyhow, Robin Thicke and Weezy worked well together telling the story. This joint would sound downright sexy with a live audience and open instrumentation.
8) "Best Rapper Alive" - Intimate shows are awesome because the artist can get real with the crowd on certain songs. This track in particular would be extra-fresh over a subdued guitar and low vocals. Perhaps we could also learn just why he's the "best rapper alive."
7) "Leather So Soft" - While already down-tempo, this track is really designed for Wayne to posture with an expensive guitar while not actually playing it. It could be pretty cool to have an actual guitarist turn this joint into a slinky, slithering sex anthem. P.S.: A sign-language interpreter would be an awesome addition.
6) "We Taking Over" - The MC's verse on this track is short, sweet and chock-full of allegory -- "I don't even talk/I let the Visa speak/and I like/my Sprite/Easter Pink" --as one example. Similar to cinematic poetry, Weezy could get right down to the core meaning of his pedestrian lyrics and turn even his Blood gang references into academic-sounding excellence.
5) "Let the Beat Build" - Ha! Pun intended, see: There would be no beat. At least, not in the traditional way. Over acoustic guitars, and maybe a slight drum or two, Weezy would look downright sophisticated, in perhaps a pair of spectacles and coattails! Coattails go perfect with rap songs about letting the beat build when there is no beat.
4) "Gonorrhea" - This joint is profane, arrogant and explicit, and that's precisely why we love it. The performance of the hook alone would prevent a televised release, lest the head of the FCC is a Wayne fan, but this could be really dope. Also, I'm sure he could sneak a little STD testing info in as an interlude. Teachable moments!
3) "I'm Goin' In" - What's a rap concert without features and guests? Lil Tunechi would be remiss if he didn't bring out his protege Drake and fellow cocaine rapper, Young Jeezy, for a special performance of this club banger. What's hilarious is that they wouldn't actually be going "in and going hard" because it's an unplugged performance. Golf clapping and all that.
2) "Got Money" - Lil Weezyana tends to make it rain wherever he goes, and this T-Pain-assisted track is perfect for that. They could let money slowly filter from the ceiling of the venue while T-Pain mimes the chorus and Weezy leads the crowd in a hushed lyrical game.
1) "Prostitute" - We're pretty sure this joint was fashioned as a love song, or a self-esteem anthem for strippers, right? Maybe not, but either way, this takes the cake for the lyrical finesse Wayne possesses -- because, somehow, women love this song. In a live, unplugged arena, I could see Weezy breaking down in tears of sex-trafficking-described joy.
