This Saturday night, inside of Club Glo (in the space formerly occupied by the Heartthrob and Catamaran Liquor Stand), a brand-new club night will make its debut. Four area promoters (Parlay Productions, Dream Entertainment Group, Take Off Ent and Still Livin Entertainment) are coming together like Voltron to present Limelight Saturdays, which has the potential to become one of the hottest Saturday-night urban parties in town.

From the sounds of it, Club Glo is going to be on and poppin' this Saturday night with some seriously ridiculous drink specials (three-for-one drinks?), no cover for anyone until 11 p.m., DJ Ktone and DJ Topshelf holding things down on the ones and twos, and video vixen Niagra Falls in the house hosting. If you go, though, take note: The dress code is firm and rather specific. No sports attire -- this includes ball caps, solid colored T-shirts and the like -- will be permitted on men, while the ladies are likewise cautioned against wearing tennis shoes.
