Guess which teen heartthrob wants to chat up Carmelo Anthony when he's in town for a concert tomorrow? None other than Justin Bieber, the throbbiest heartthrob since that swishy-bang-ed kid from High School Musical, Dreamy McDreamEyes.

Earlier today, Bieber tweeted Melo's bride-to-be, Lala Vazquez, with a request: "Yo @lalavazquez tell @carmeloanthony I'm in Denver and I wanna cross him over.. Tweet me if u guys r in town."

Them guys are not in town -- because they're in New York, preparing to get hitched on Saturday. But Lala found time in her busy schedule to hit him back, anyway.

Then she sent a tweet that confirms our suspicions: Lala suffers from Bieber Fever.

But what exactly does Justin Bieber want to talk to Melo about? Maybe it has something to do with a possible trade from the Nuggets. Perhaps Bieber, who's Canadian, wants to pressure Melo to join the Toronto Raptors. Or maybe, like brand-new Knick Amare Stoudemire, he wants to push Melo to return to New York.

Or maybe he wants him to become a floppy-haired teen idol.

Whatever his request, I sure would like to be a fly on the wall during that conversation.
