The Mane Event, The Hair Porte and Loose Ends are all clever, but they don't quite raise the hackles like a salon called Curl Up & Die. That the salon pictured above is located in a strip mall of Middle Eastern markets and boutiques only reminds us that, in any culture, beauty is a struggle by scissors and shampoo.
