Kirk Alan Richardson, sex offender wanted for new assault: Police warn not to be fooled by his Jesus and hearts tattoos
Kirk Alan Richardson, 56, sports a couple of seemingly benign tattoos: Jesus on one forearm, hearts on the other.
No skull-and-crossbones or slogan like "Kill 'em all and let God sort 'em out" for him.
Yet he's also a convicted sex offender who Aurora Police suspect of having sexually assaulted a woman at knife-point last week -- and he very well may be armed with a gun as well.

Police Seek Information on Whereabouts of Man Wanted for Assault
Aurora, Colo. -- Sex Crimes Unit detectives are seeking the public's assistance with locating a man wanted for sexually assaulting a woman last Sunday evening.
On April 4, 2010, an adult female was sexually assaulted inside a residence near the intersection of 6th Avenue and Dawson Street. During the course of ensuing investigation, detectives determined the woman, who is known to the suspect, had been threatened with a knife during the assault. After the attack, the suspect fled and has yet to be captured.
The suspect has been identified by detectives as 56-year-old Kirk Alan Richardson of Aurora. He has ties to the Denver Metro area, the Colorado Springs area, California, Utah and Illinois. An arrest warrant was obtained for Richardson. His bond has been set at $250,000.
Richardson is a registered sex offender in Aurora. He is described as a white male, 6'0" tall, 240 lbs with gray eyes. He has tattoos of Jesus on left forearm and hearts on right forearm. He was previously convicted of sexual assault in California. Richardson is considered armed and dangerous and may be in possession of a firearm.
