Last week, I purchased some Broncos socks at a store in San Diego — a purchase that caused the Chargers-fan clerk to go into conniptions about his own team's woes and Denver's 6-0 record. And I'm ashamed to admit that to make him feel better, I predicted that the Broncos' unbeaten streak would end the following Sunday night against the Green Bay Packers.

Never have I been happier to be wrong.

The Broncos' defense shut down Pack QB Aaron Rodgers — something no other squad has been able to manage this season. And even better, Peyton Manning, who had been fighting what appeared to be a losing battle against Father Time in recent weeks, suddenly regained much of his old form, passing for more than 300 yards en route to Denver's 29-10 victory.

Petyon fans on Twitter quickly responded by dissing doubters in graphic ways, sometimes with GIF or video accompaniment. The result may be our first top tweets collection to be NSFW.
