Stop trying to live out your hipster lives in " Downtown." It's not that cool in the first place .There are plenty of affordable places south and north of Denver by like 15 min drive or train . So put up your bowler hats and shave that beard, get a place in the burbs and let the millennials have the high prices . Time to grow up people , that fantasy of living in the city is tired.
