Another gem of a pay phone on Colfax, this graffiti laden curbside phone basks in the flowing traffic as the passing cars that zoom by splash and spray it mercilessly.

Braving a phone call on this machine would require not only rain gear but good hearing as well, since it is merely feet away from the oncoming and boisterous traffic in the street.

On the plus side, if the caller has to catch a ride after they're finished phoning, they should have no problem, because this pay phone is right next to the bus stop, not to mention everyday Colfax commuters who can listen in.

If you plan on making a call from this phone, try and stay dry, and look both ways before dialing.
