She's closed the structure until further notice due to a sewer break in the basement. And that's her final decision.

Colorado Judicial Building closed
DENVER - Colorado Supreme Court Chief Justice Mary Mullarkey today ordered the state Judicial Building housing the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals closed until further notice due to a sewer break in the building's basement. Updates on the building's status will be posted to the Judicial Department Web site at www.courts.state.co.us.
