Trevor Morris and Ashley Bradford don't look much like ninjas in their booking photos. But they're accused of using machetes to rob a medical marijuana dispensary in Gunbarrel earlier this year -- and after reportedly waiving a preliminary hearing, they're slated to enter pleas next month.

Back in February, according to the Boulder Police Department, a couple entered Green Dreams Health Services on Lookout Road -- and they likely stood out from the other clients thanks to their dark clothing and ski-masked faces, not to mention the machete-type knives they held at the ready. They demanded weed and got it, leaving with Green Dreams' cannabis supply.

Cops don't think this was the couple's only crime. They were subsequently busted on charges of stealing credit cards from two vehicles and running up $1,000-plus tabs. That bought them a ticket to Boulder County Jail, and while they were chilling there, Boulder Sheriff's officers interviewed a woman who said they'd told her they'd used blades to stick up a dispensary. That accusation was added to the list on April 13.

Now, as noted in the Boulder Daily Camera article linked above, Morris and Bradford are expected to enter robbery-related pleas on June 10 and June 17, respectively. In the meantime, they remain behind bars on bonds ranging from $65,000 to $70,000. Get a look at them in the photos below.
