Those familiar with Sustainability Park, near RedLine Gallery at 24th and Lawrence streets, might recognize the circHouse "better" yurt on display there, designed by architect Ed Ryan as an alternative temporary shelter. Denver artist Viviane Le Courtois uses it as a studio, sometimes inviting friends to help her prepare elements for her work-intensive installations. When she’s not there, you’ll find Le Courtois at Downtown Aurora Visual Arts, where she manages the gallery and helps coordinate exhibits created through the center’s artist-mentor programs for youth.
