Dennis Leonard, the new vice president and general manager of Channel 31, is a salesman in the old-fashioned sense of the word. Although he's only been on the job for a few short weeks, he seems to know the name of every person he encounters at the Fox affiliate's mammoth Speer Boulevard headquarters.
