Double Feature at Denver Mart Drive In (7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, $9)
Going to the movies is a staple of date night, but that stuff adds up real quick. Tonight, you can really impress your date or your friends by checking out a double feature of Mission Impossible-Rogue Nation and Terminator Genesis. That's two blockbuster hits for only $9 a person. They also have lawn seating available if you bring your own chair and don't want to sit in the car.

YouTube Night
at Little Man Ice Cream (8 p.m. Friday, free)
If your Friday nights usually consist of ice cream and the Internet at home, spice it up a little bit by coming to Little Man and enjoying the same thing, but with other meme-friendly adults. It should be noted that the organizers are going to dig deep into the YouTube matrix for some of the most raunchy and hilarious videos, so you might want to leave the little ones at home. Should be fun to see some Thug Life, larger than life.

The Comedy Underground at The Soiled Dove Underground (8 p.m. Friday, $10)
Welcome Seattle and Portland's funniest comedian, Nathan Brannon to the stage tonight. He's a witty storyteller and shadow-puppet master. He's opened up for dudes like Dave Chapelle, so you know it's going to be a good time. Jordan Doll, Janae Burris and Rick Kerns will also add to the laugh, so check 'em out.

PalletFest at Sculpture Park (10 a.m. Saturday-Sunday, free)
One man's garbage turns into another man's festival this weekend. They're going to turn all kinds of trash into art and all kinds of other useful things at this up cycle extravaganza. Also you will be able to enjoy live music, all kinds of food and booze, building competitions and so much more. The things you can do with trash will blow your mind.

Festival of Felines at Cat Care Society (11 a.m. Saturday, free)
We talk about dogs in this column a lot, but we gotta show love to the cats, too. Come play with the felines, get your face painted and enjoy an ice cream bar or two. There's also prizes to win and cat-centric art to check out. It's important to support our four legged friends.

2015 Hill Block Party at Fox Theater (2 p.m. Saturday, free)
Word is there's going to be some pretty heady discussion at this event, which might set the tone. But there's also going to be a lot of groovy tunes, freestyle rap battles and comedy on a bus. The day will be supporting The Wild Foundation, which is a great cause. There will be an official after-party at the Fox with Turbo Suit with Casual Commander and DeluXe. Classic day of art and music on the Hill in Boulder.

Stuff on Walls at The Deer Pile (8 p.m. Saturday, free)
It's always a good time at Deer Pile, and this monthly show is one of the reasons why. Hang out with a bunch of cool people and their art tonight, which will be available for purchase. There's going to be some crazy live music brought to you by Stegoforrest And Friends as well. Word is there's some X Files needle work that would look great on your wall at home.

Ink Monstr Presents Sticky Situation at Stoney's Bar and Grill (8 p.m. Saturday, free)
Stoney's is getting sticky tonight with an entire art show dedicated to stickers. All of the artists' works have been transformed into gigantic stickers, which is definitely going to be worth a gander. The show is also a competition, with the winner being decided the audience. Giveaways, drink specials, live painting and DJ's will round out the night.

Full Moon Ride at Cyclhops (9 p.m. Saturday, free)
Let the moon be your guide on this bike ride around the Longmont area. Meet up at Cyclhops at 8 p.m. to load up on tacos and Oskar Blues beer, then pedal on. The ride is eight to twelve miles long and they do this for every full moon during the summer, so if you can't make it tonight you have one more chance in September.

Propaganda! A Comedy Show at Lannie's Clocktower Cabaret (8 p.m. Sunday, free)
The last Sunday of the month should always be spent with the Propaganda crew. They give away so much free stuff, including amazing comedy — so you're blowing it if you don't show up. Nathan Brannon will bless us with a second dose of laughs for the weekend, as well as Danny KallasJim HickoxTim Messenger, Joel Jimenez and Zac Maas. That's a wrap on the weekend.
