Zephyr Press Release Party at the Denver Press Club (Friday, $10) Celebrate local literature tonight at Zephyr Press's issue one release party. The $10 admission fee also gets you a copy of the brand-new poetry and short fiction journal.

Untitled #63 (Au Naturel) at the Denver Art Museum (Friday, $10) Tonight's Untitled party at the DAM is sure to delight Francophiles. The Au Naturel theme will include perfumes inspired by art, French songs from Brandi Shigley, artist-in-tesidence Linda Aguilar talking about weaving baskets out of natural fiber, and lots more.

Grand Opening Party at Awaken Denver (Friday, free) If the upcoming Winter Games have you already anticipating the Summer Olympics gymnasts, consider trying some tucks and pikes of your own at Awaken, Denver's new gymnastics-inspired fitness club. The grand opening party tonight will feature an art show, demonstrations by acro-yogis and an opportunity to check out the space.

The Runaway Shopping Cart Show at Cafe Crescendo (Friday, free) There's something intriguing about the image of a runaway shopping cart, and tonight artists Jill Mustoffa and Robby Fields will display an entire show of photographs of that everyday phenomenon. The pair started the Instagram hashtags #runawayshoppingcart and #badcarttimeout, respectively, and their exploration of the theme will be on display at Cafe Crescendo starting today.
