Drivers and racers, take note: The Park to Park starts on 23rd Avenue between Colorado Boulevard and the Denver Zoo entrance. Runners will circle the western half of City Park and continue down the esplanade to Elizabeth Street, where the course turns west on 11th Avenue to Cheesman Park. Runners jog the big loop and then cut farther west via Eighth Avenue, turning south on Emerson to Alamo Placita Park. The course then crosses Speer Boulevard and follows Downing, then Marion, until it reaches Washington Park for the big finish lap.
Note: There is no registration on race day. However, its easy to register online (fee: $60) through August 31, and pre-registered runners can pick-up their bib numbers and T-shirts on the morning of the event.
