Greg Bloom’s namesake party started out as a way to celebrate the fashion-forward focus of his publication, Image magazine. But the bash has always gone far beyond just a fashion show, incorporating dance, theater and performance art among the runway walkers. A few years ago, performance artist Orange Peel Moses combined his annual UnBirthday celebration with Bloom’s event as well.

Tonight’s In Bloom "Wunderland" theme is obviously influenced by the recently released version of Alice in Wonderland, but its inspiration also comes from Moses’s obsession with the Alice story and its many interpretations: Expect to see a stilt-walking white rabbit, DJ MLE as Alice and a dozen other characters. “We encourage attendees to dress up so they feel like they’re a part of it,” Bloom says.
