Not sure how to celebrate the 44th anniversary of Star Trek's network debut (what, you didn't know that was tonight?) and hankering for a "trek" to Boulder? Have we got the event for you! Tonight is Restaurant 4580's second annual Star Trek Night. Trivia, Trek-themed cocktails and food items and a chance to drink with fellow fans all await you.

You can boldly go where no one has gone before from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. tonight at Restaurant 4580, 4580 Broadway in Boulder. They'll have Star Trek episodes and movies playing via the magic of DVD and chances to win free drinks for knowing fun facts such as which episode of the original series Joan Collins guest starred in or who dies on Vajra II (that would be "City on the Edge of Forever" and Tasha Yar, respectively). It might also be your best chance ever to use that kick-ass Captain Kirk impersonation to pick up a green alien babe -- at least until the next Trek convention rolls into town, anyway.

Admission is free, but you're still going to have to buy some drinks and/or food -- unless you're a hot green alien girl that's willing to get slobbered on by some wannabe Kirk...
