"More fun, more green, more education, more people understanding that everything that we do has an impact," says e-town's Roger Menell. "We've learned along the way that there's a lot we can do, and there are definitions you have to make as you go, and you can always improve. You can always do more carpooling and mass transportation and just have more people buy into the experience. I think there are issues that we have to keep addressing; it can't be popular this year and forgotten next year."
Due to the nature of the venue, Green Rocks isn't going to be like a normal e-town show: "It's going to enfold a big, long, fun concert party, with messaging as appropriate," notes Menell, "but the interviews will not be conducted on stage." The show starts at 6:30; tickets are $36.95 to $39.95. For details, visit www.etown.org.
