Wednesday, May 16 JSG Designer Showhouse The only thing Cat likes as much as clothes porn is real estate porn, and right now there’s some serious flesh on display over at 2900 Inca Street. For the 32nd year, the Junior Symphony Guild has teamed up with some of the best interior designers in town to put together two dream houses, this time in the modern brownstones that make up the Inca 29 project. One was created for the “global couple” the other for the “modern family.”

JSG Designer Showhouse 2900 Inca Street Open through May 20 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. today; meet the designers from 4 to 7 p.m. 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday $20 to benefit the JSG

Thursday, May 17 100 Years of Barbara Stanwyck No fashionista’s education is complete without screening all of Barbara Stanwyck’s films. This weekend the Denver Film Society is giving a 101 lesson to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the late Barbara Stanwyck’s birth. Start with tonight’s 7:30 p.m. viewing of 1933’s The Bitter Tea of General Yen; Friday night catch 1941’s Ball of Fire; and on Saturday 1944’s Double Indemnity unspools. Or do a mini-marathon on Sunday when they all screen back-to-back, starting at 11:30 a.m.

Friday, May 18 Spring Fling Retreat on Larimer, the new day spa on Larimer Street, is hosting an evening of spring make-up trends, lessons, chair massages, wine and cheese. It’s all free, you just have to book your reservation at 303-292-4600.

Sunday, May 20 Bras for a Cause Bras get arty for a benefit to support (pun intended) Gilda’s Club of Denver, which assists people with cancer. Artists from all over have taken the instrument of our torture and turned it into art. Check out their creations and indulge in a little wine and cheese this afternoon.
