Toast

Located within walking distance of Littleton's picturesque downtown area, Toast is a popular breakfast-lunch-brunch stop for local families and tourists dropping in for a bite to eat. It's best known for the French toast and pancake selection (which include any number of toppings, from fruit to chocolate), but there are also savory items on the menu -- sandwiches and Benedicts and all the breakfast fare you'd expect from a mid-scale eatery, dressed up in different combinations and served with a smile. Although there's almost always a wait for breakfast, the free-coffee cart set up outside can help offset the time you'll spend standing around, and the floor staff is expert at turning tables quickly. On the walls in the dining rooms, you'll find artwork featuring the restaurant's namesake, and the hallways are lined with colored-in slices of toast created by the restaurant's youngest patrons -- although if an adult wants some crayons and a blank piece of toast to color, the staff will certainly oblige.
