Viva Burrito Company has zero decor and zero ambiance, but the food coming out of this little red box is fantastic. Not white-tablecloth fantastic: plastic-silverware-and-paper-napkin fantastic, with a serious "Gimme twenty bucks and I'll show you the real Mexico" vibe. The breakfast burritos are good, the deep-fried tacos and gigantic tortas even better. Best of all, Viva's drive-thru is open 24/7.
