Wild Ivories

Started by former Sing Sing dueling piano veterans, Wild Ivories gives their former employer a run for their money as the only other dueling piano bar in LoDo. Housed in the former Buca di Beppo location, the joint brings in a hip crew of versatile and hilarious dueling pianists -- some of whom play other instruments, as well -- Tuesday through Saturday, and the place gets crowded on the weekends with groups and bachelorette parties. The upscale atmosphere is completed by two white grand pianos built by the same company that's created pianos for Elton John. In addition to the dueling-piano experience, dueling DJs spin at Juke, a dance club downstairs, which is open on weekends.
