Lil Wayne's latest effort, I Am Not a Human Being, continues to stay on top at Independent Records, while Hed P.E.'s Truth Rising, released last week on Suburban Noize, came in second. Bob Dylan's The Witmark Demos: 1962-1964 The Bootleg Series Vol. 9, meanwhile, bumped Kings of Leon's Come Around Sundown down to the second spot and Women's latest effort, Public Strain came in first at Wax Trax.
