As mentioned a few weeks ago, Overcasters have put the finishing touches on their new album, The Whole Sea is Raging, recorded in May with Rick Parker, which they're preparing to introduce it to us at the Gathering of Clouds, a three-day mini-festival and release party slated to take place at their warehouse.
