"I'd say we're 'broken up' like Leftover Salmon is 'broken up,'" explains Tori Pater, who's been slammed with all sorts of debauchery as he puts it, of his on-again, off again band. "As in, 'We're broken up except when were playing together.'"
To that end, the fellas have a full slate of performances, which will undoubtedly be packed as always -- quite a feat considering the group has no management, does very little in the way of promo and still has no releases under its belt. The first of the band's shows takes place this Friday, August 21, at Quixote's and features the original trio with no guests. And then on Sunday, August 23 at 6 p.m., the outfit will be performing Creedence Clearwater Revival's Chronicles at Owsleys. The series of performances, which also include a Henry Parson's Project Reunion and a Tom Petty tribute, culminates with the band's annual Last Waltz performance at Cervantes' Masterpiece Ballroom on Wednesday, November 25. Full dates after the jump.
